Daydream Island Resort and Spa, one of the premier resorts in the Whitsunday Islands, invites you to come and enjoy the many attractions of this fantastic island.

Daydream Village at the southern end of the island has been especially developed with day visitors in mind. It has all the facilities of an island resort and then some!

Set around the swimming pool is a bakery, watersports, shop and souvenir boutique. There are tennis courts, a children’s playground and the fantastic ‘Living Reef’ Coral Lagoon filled with colourful coral and fish life. Look out for the fantastic Marine Biologist presentation at shark and stingray feeding time!

There’s lots of room to laze away the day pool side, on the lawns or adjacent beach. Take a swim, stroll along Sunset Beach or see wallabies and endless bird-life on the rainforest walk. The ‘Around Australia’ mini-golf course has to be the best in the world - definitely not just for the kids!

Breakfast and lunch options

At lunchtime you can make your own selection from ‘The Boathouse’ bakery at the southern end of the island, or wander along to the Resort area and enjoy lunch pool side at Mermaids Restaurant. On the breakfast cruise, enjoy a superb buffet breakfast at Waterfalls Restaurant.

The Boathouse

Situated in Daydream Village, The Boathouse Bakery has a range of sandwiches, rolls etc. Vouchers are provided with a value of $20 Adults and $10 Children. You can then make your own selection up to that value.

Breakfast is an extensive buffet of cold and hot items in Waterfalls.

Daily Departure times

Return times are when the ferry arrives back at mainland.

FREE courtesy coach transfers from local area accommodation to/from Abel Point Marina offered for the Full Day (8:15am departure), and Breakfast Cruise. *Full Day passengers on the 9:45am departure and Half Day cruise passengers make their own way to Abel Point Marina.
