Luggage & Freight Guidelines

Departing luggage info

Guests are each welcome to bring up to 2 carry-on items onboard, provided they are within the luggage size specifications, fit in the seat with you, and do not occupy any additional seats. No luggage or other items are allowed in the aisles, as they must always remain clear to allow crew members to move around the vessel.

All contents of your checked baggage must be packed securely and packaged in an appropriate bag, suitcase, or esky to prevent damage from other items of luggage while stowed in the luggage crate and during delivery and collection on your Cruise Whitsundays journey.

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time to allow sufficient time to load luggage and any freight items.

Standard Checked Luggage per person is as follows:

1 Large Suitcase (per person)

  • Maximum weight: 27 kg
  • Dimensions: 800mm (H) × 500mm (W) × 400mm (D)
