Commuter Terms and Conditions
Travel on this discount card is a privilege extended to holders of a valid, current Hamilton Island, Daydream Island, or Commuter ID Card. The ID Card must be presented at the time of travel. Accompanying guests who do not hold a valid ID Card are not eligible to travel using this discount and must pay the applicable full fare. If a valid ID Card cannot be presented, the full fare will apply and must be paid.
Commuters are responsible for managing and presenting their own QR code for travel. QR codes are non-transferable and cannot be replaced if lost or shared.
Any misuse of this discount entitlement will result in the immediate withdrawal of the cardholder’s right to discounted travel.
Pre-purchased trip credit is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. All pre-purchased trips are non-refundable.
All travel is subject to Cruise Whitsundays full terms and conditions.
